[STDS-802-11] Announcement: Cancellation Of TGbe Teleconferences Conflicting with November Electronic Plenary (10 day advanced notice)

In addition the teleconference below are cancelled since they conflict with the Electronic November Plenary:
 *  Nov 02            Monday           – MAC/PHY   10:00-13:00 ET
*   Nov 05            Thursday         – MAC/PHY   19:00-22:00 ET
