[STDS-802-11] Tbc -- cancellation of telco on Nov 3 and 10 -- regular 802.11 TGbc plenary slots are as follows

Dear all,
we had a reserved / announced TGbc telco slot for Tuesday
November 3rd and 10th.
Since the 802.11 plenary occurs on those those days, we
cancel those 1-hour TGbc slots.
Please note, that we will have regular TGbc slots during the plenary week,
as announced in the 802.11 WG agenda overview. Currently, the agenda
shows those slots as:
Tuesday, Nov 3rd, 9:00h ET
Tuesday, Nov 3rd, 11:15h ET
and
Thursday, Nov 5th, 9:00h ET
