[STDS-802-11] March 23rd - Update on the May 2022 meeting format & fees

Dear 802.11 members,

At the recently completed  2022 March WG11 meeting, I announced that the WCSC would
confirm the May 2022 meeting format (either mixed in-person/electronic, or all electronic) on April 6th.
The decision date has changed from April 6 to March 23 due to the need to respond to the hotel prior to April 6th.
