China MIIT has recently begun a public consultation that seeks opinions on its proposed update on the radio frequency allocation regulation, resulting from the outcome of the WRC-19.   You can download the the official draft at:

The comment closing date is 31 July 2022.  If you would like IEEE 802 to submit a comment to the China MIIT, the 802.18 internal deadline is 14 July 2022.
