Dear 802.11 members,
At the recent 2022 July 802.11 WG Plenary session, the 802.11 WG and the EC approved formation of a new 802.11 Ultra High Reliability Study Group, see the motions below.
The nomination period for volunteers to serve as Chair for the SG has now closed.
I appoint:
Laurent Cariou (laurent.cariou@xxxxxxxxx ) as Chair of the Ultra High Reliability Study Group
Congratulations to Laurent! And thanks to all who worked towards the formation of this new SG.
Some logistics:
- The new UHR SG document group is now defined in Mentor, please use it for documents for the SG going forward.
- SGs use the 802.11 WG email reflector for any email (no separate reflector).
- Chairs attend the CAC teleconferences, the next CAC teleconference is Monday August 8 at 9AM Eastern (calendar item to be added).
