[STDS-802-11] 802.18 mmWave ad-hoc: resulting study will be provided to 802.11 UHR SG and other 802 WGs

--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector ---
Dear 802.18 members,
cc. 802.11 and 802.15 members,

With the approval of the formation of the 802.18 mmWave (mmW) ad-hoc that is chartered to (a) study mmWave spectrum bands 45 GHz and 60 GHz to provide insight on global availability and current/projected regulatory status for these bands, and (b) provide the resulting study to the IEEE 802.11 Ultra High Reliability Study Group (UHR SG) and other 802 WGs to increase their understanding of available mmWave spectrum, together with the appointment of Rich Kennedy as the ad-hoc chair, please note the following logistics:

a) New document group "0mmW" is now defined in 802.18 Mentor for this ad-hoc.
b) The ad-hoc uses the 802.18 RR-TAG email reflector for any email (in other words, there is no separate reflector).
c) The Webex call-in info of the ad-hoc is now available in our Google Calendar and call-in info slide deck 18-16/0038r26.  The weekly ad-hoc meeting is scheduled from 3:00pm ET to 4:00pm ET every Wednesday starting from 24 August 2022.

Regards,
Edward
