[STDS-802-11] P802.11bd D8.0 4th SA Recirculation Ballot - Passed

The fourth recirculation ballot on P802.11bd has closed.
The ballot passed with 96% approval. No (zero) comments were received.
The ballot details are below.

WIth this result, recirculation of the draft is complete.
P802.11bd D8.0 is on the 2022 December RevCom/SASB agenda.
