[STDS-802-11] P802.11bb D4.1 Initial Standards Association Ballot has closed - passed

The initial SA ballot on P802.11bb D4.1 has closed. The ballot passed with 90% approval; 41 comments were received.
Please see the attached ballot summary. Congratulations to the WG on this result!

I delegate responsibility of resolving P802.11bb SA Ballot series comments to Task Group bb, Nikola Serafimovski Chair, acting as the SA Ballot Comment Resolution Committee.
