Hi Edward,
Thank you for the notice.
BTW, I believe the following part highlighted in yellow is not said.
1) 7025-7125 MHz: Based on the results of ITU-R sharing and compatibility studies,
Japan has decided that sharing and compatibility between IMT and existing primary services is not possible. Japan believes that it is necessary to set appropriate conditions in each country based on
the results of the WRC. Japan will support global expansion of terrestrial IMTs, provided that (a) protection of existing primary operations is ensured, (b) no additional restrictions are imposed, and (c) IMTs are operational to the extent practical. Best regards, tomo From: Edward Au <edward.ks.au@xxxxxxxxx>

Dear 802.18 members, cc 802.11, 802.15, 802.19 members, On 15 November 202,2 Japan MIC began a consultation that asked public opinion for its positions on WRC-23. Of possible interest to you include the following items: 1) 7025-7125 MHz: Based on the results of ITU-R sharing and compatibility studies, Japan has decided that sharing and compatibility between IMT and existing primary services is not possible.
Japan believes that it is necessary to set appropriate conditions in each country based on the results of the WRC. Japan will support global expansion of terrestrial IMTs, provided that (a) protection of existing primary operations is ensured, (b) no additional
restrictions are imposed, and (c) IMTs are operational to the extent practical. 2) 6425-7025 MHz: Based on the results of the ITU-R commonality/compatibility study, Japan considers the conditions that (a) the protection of existing primary operations is ensured, (b)
no additional restrictions are imposed, and (c) the IMT can be operated within a realistic range, with a view to enjoying the benefits of economies of scale. Japan supports a method that allows for the identification of IMTs in the 6425-7025 MHz band in Region
1. 3) THz (a potential agenda item for WRC-27): Provisional Agenda Item 2.1: "Study on additional frequency allocation in the radiolocation service primary service in the 231.5-275 GHz band for millimeter and sub-millimeter
wave imaging systems, and identification of new frequencies in the radiolocation service in the 275-700 GHz band". For details, please refer to The comment submission deadline is 15 December 2022. If you would like IEEE 802 to consider a submission, the internal deadline for IEEE 802.18 to consider any submission
