Greetings,
During this week, we have had more instances than before with people not able to see the polling pane in WebEx, and hence are not able to vote in the polls/motions.
So far, I have debugged this down to a possible issue.
We all login to Webex, and then we logout and then we log back in again.
In some cases this leaves a background process lingering on PCs.
This seems to prevent your new login from being able to participate in the Poll.
The work around is to logout of Webex and close all Webex processes.
then log back in. This seems to resolve the problem in most cases.
For those that use just the browser app, you may close your browser and restart and it may clear the situation, (I have that reported as well).
I will let you know if I find anything else.
