[STDS-802-11] AIML Topic Interest Group extension through the September 2023 session

Dear 802.11 members,

As announced at the March 2023 closing plenary, in response to the request from the AIML TIG and based on the ongoing interest in topics under discussion in the AIML TIG, the AIML TIG is extended through the September 2023 session.
