[STDS-802-11] 2023 September IEEE 802.11 WG draft agenda posted; return to 12 meeting required for attendance credit

Dear 802.11 members,

The draft agenda for our upcoming September 2023 session (Atlanta Buckhead and electronic) is now posted, see https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/23/11-23-1331-00-0000-2023-september-wg11-agenda.xlsx .

Please make note: During the pandemic and when we held remote-only meetings, I reduced the number of meetings required to 9 per session from 12, the long-standing requirement for attendance credit to obtain/retain voting rights.
As we are back to significant levels of in-person attendance, with the September 2023 session we will return to the 12 meetings requirement.
