[STDS-802-11] Updated 2024 March WG11 agenda document posted

Dear 802.11 members,

Please see https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/24/11-24-0275-01-0000-2024-march-wg11-agenda.xlsx , which contains the draft agenda document for next week's session.

Updates include changes to the agenda graphic for ARC, TGBI and 802.19, and correction of some of the time zone calculations to account for the upcoming daylight savings time change in the US. Do double check your time zone offset.
