[STDS-802-11] 2024 March IEEE 802.11 LMSC motion results and Appointment of TGbp Chair

Dear 802.11 members,

I am delighted to report that all the WG11 items before the 802 LMSC have been approved:

P802.11bf PAR modification
P802.11bf Conditional to SA Ballot
P802.11bh Conditional to SA Ballot
P802.11 bp PAR and CSD
IMMW Study Group First Re-Charter

Anticipating SASB approval of the P802.11bp PAR next week, I appoint Bo Sun as TGbp Chair.
The confirmation motion for Bo will be conducted at the 2024 May WG11 session.

Congratulations and thank you to all who worked to accomplish these milestones!
