Dear Coex SC members,


we will have leadership elections in the upcoming Coex SC meeting.

With this e-mail, I would like to inform you about the positions to elect / confirm  and start a corresponding call for nominations.

Coex SC Chair

Per OM, the SC Chair is appointed by the WG Chair and confirmed by the WG.

I have enjoyed working with you in Coex SC over the past months and would appreciate
your support in being reelected / reconfirmed.  I have informed Robert Stacy, our WG Chair,
that I am willing to continue as Coex SC Chair.

Coex SC Vice Chairs

Per OM, Vice-Chair is elected by a SC majority approval and confirmed by a WG majority approval.

I would hereby like to open the Call for Nominations for Coex SC Vice Chair. Please respond to  this e-mail or send me directly an e-mail if you would like to run.  Nominations will close during
the first Coex session next week.

Coex Secretary

Per OM, the SC Secretary shall be appointed by the SC Chair and confirmed by a SC motion  that is approved with a minimum 50% majority.

I have contacted Guido Hiertz and he indicated that he is willing to continue working
as our Secretary.  Assuming my reaffirmation as Chair, I would appoint Guido as our
Secretary and would ask for your support. If you would like to engage in the SC leadership
as our secretary and would like to share the work load with Guido, please feel free to indicate
your interest.
