I just spoke with the hotel, and we have 5 rooms left in our block. The last day to book a room is Monday, August 12th. If anyone in your working groups still needs a room, please have them email me directly at stephanie@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, and I’ll work with the hotel to secure a room under the group rate.
