2024 September IEEE 802 Wireless Interim
Hilton Waikoloa Village, September 8-13, 2024
Standard Registration Deadline August 16, 2024
The September 2024 IEEE 802 Plenary is scheduled to take place in Waikoloa
Hawaii USA at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. In-Person and Virtual
participation will be available for this session.
Participating Working Groups: 802.11, 802.15, 801.18, 802.19, 802.24
Registration Fees and Deadlines

Standard $US 800.00 After June 21, until August 16, 2024

Late/Onsite $US 1000.00 after August 16, 2024

Student $US 100.00
Registration Fees Discount
Registration fees for the September 2024 IEEE 802 Plenary Session shall be
discounted by $US 300.00 for attendees who stay 3 or more nights at the
IEEE 802 Group Hotel, the Hilton Waikoloa Village.
Example: Discounted Standard Registration would be $US 500.00.
Reservations must be completed and a confirmation number entered when
completing registration in order to receive the discounted rate.
Registration Fees Terms

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Deadline: 1 Week (7 Days) Before Arrival Date

Hotel room reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 1 week (7
Days) before the booked arrival date.

Within 1 Week (7 Days), a cancellation fee of the first night’s room
rate plus applicable sales tax will apply.

The IEEE 802 Guest Room Block is full, and all new reservations are now
subject to availability in the hotel. Together with Hilton Waikoloa, we
will make every effort to accommodate as many attendees as possible. If you
wish to have your name added to a Room Wait List, please email

preferred dates of stay.

take the steps to determine how you would like to travel to the Hilton
Waikoloa Waikoloa. From KOA (Kona International Airport) there are a number
of options within the city and to/from the airport, including:

- Ride Share
Travelling To/From Hawaii USA
Please take the steps to determine if you require travel documentation,
including a visa, to attend a particular IEEE 802 Meeting. The requirements
change from time to time. Because of this, we strongly urge all attendees
to review the entry requirements for travelling to each IEEE 802 meeting
location and determine for themselves, or in collaboration with their
employer, what, if any, travel documentation is required.
