               The IEEE 802 LMSC have requested that all WGs run a poll about adjusting the usual meeting times for the Madrid July 2025 session. The results of this ePoll will be presented to the IEEE 802 LMSC during their teleconference on October 1st, 2024.

To run this ePoll, we will be using the DirectVoteLive (DVL) tool for voting members only.

If you are a voting member you should eceive a link to the tool at the email address you registered in MyProject.

If you click on the link you should be able to log in (using your IEEE credentials) and see the " IEEE 802.11 ePoll July 2025 Meeting Slot times" event . 

The ePoll (Motion) will be added shortly and will be left open until 23:59 ET on Monday September 30, 2024.

The ePool options will be:
Option 1: Keep nominal schedule, but add PM3 before dinner
Option 2: Move full schedule back 1 hour (start 9 am)  & add PM3 before dinner
Abstain
