Hi Edward

I would like to nominate Rui Cao (NXP) for the Vice Chair position of IEEE 802.11bq. Rui Cao has made significant contributions in PHY on 11bd, 11ax, 11be, 11bp, and 11bn.

And has won several WG11 awards. He is currently Technical Director (NXP) and has extensive experience from standardization to real products, and his knowledge and hands on experience in PHY should help 11bq.
