As you prepare to register for the 2025 July IEEE 802 Plenary Session before the early deadline (May 30, 2025) and book your accommodations, please note that room availability at the Meliá Castilla is extremely limited.
To be eligible for the $US 300.00 registration discount, attendees must reserve a minimum of three (3) nights at the Meliá Castilla.

If you are unable to book your full stay online, please follow these steps for assistance:
Reserve as many nights as possible through the hotel’s reservation system.
Once you receive a confirmation number, email it along with your full requested stay dates to 802info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Our team will contact the hotel directly to try to secure accommodations for the remaining nights.
If you were unable to make any reservation, you may still send your required stay dates to 802info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. While we will make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee availability for all requested nights.
We strongly recommend booking as soon as possible to improve the chances of fulfilling your full reservation and qualifying for the registration discount.
