[STDS-802-11] Nigeria's consultation "Regulatory Guidelines for the use of the lower part of the 6 GHz (5925 – 6425) MHz band in Nigeria"

Dear 802.18 participants,
cc. 802.11, 802.15, 802.19 participants,

On 13 August 2025, Nigeria's administration, Nigerian Communications Commission, published a draft document "Regulatory Guidelines for the use of the lower part of the 6 GHz (5925 – 6425) MHz band in Nigeria" that outlines the administration's plan to allocate the 5925 MHz to 6425 MHz for WAS\RLAN with proposed technical conditions.  The administration also began a consultation to seek public opinion on this document and the submission deadline is 3 September 2025.

If you believe IEEE 802 LMSC should submit a response, please bring a contribution to IEEE 802.18 to review and consider approval no later than 3pm ET, Thursday, 28 August 2025.
