HI Everyone, 

A quick note to remind you that the Standard Registration Deadline for the 2026 January IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session is January 2, 2026.

Enclosed and attached is some information about registration and the session itself.

  • Dates: January 11-16, 2026

Registration Fees:

  • Standard: USD$ 1000.00 after November 21, 2025 until January 2, 2026

  • Late: USD$ 1200.00, after January 2, 2026

Registration Fee Includes

  • AV & Network Services

  • Meeting services & support

Registration Discount

  • A USD$ 300.00 discount is available for those staying 3 nights or more at the Fairmont Empress in the IEEE 802 Wireless Room Block. 

  • The Hotel confirmation number is required to obtain the discount during registration check out.

  • If you reserve after registration submit your confirmation number to [register@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] to have the discount applied.

Social Event Tickets (Optional):

  • USD$24.99: Entertainment, food and beverage service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations received by November 21, 2025, will receive a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations received after November 21, 2025, and by January 2, 2026, will be charged a USD$150.00 Cancellation Fee.

No Refund: Cancellations after January 2, 2026, will not be refunded.

GROUP HOTEL REGISTRATION FEE DISCOUNT

The Registration Fee discount ($300 US ) is for attendees booking and staying three or more nights in the IEEE 802 Wireless-contracted hotel: Fairmont Empress. Payment of the full registration fee (no discount) will be required for all attendees not staying at the group hotel. In the event the group hotel room block becomes sold out, payment of full registration fees is required.
