IEEE 802.15.3 Sponsor Ballot Comment Tool Instructions:
The
Ballot and Comment Tool for Windows is a program specifically designed to
facilitate the formatting of your ballot vote and comments. It is very useful
for anyone intending to submit numerous comments.
1.
Download the Sponsor
Ballot and Comment TOOL for Windows (2376KB)
(revised Dec 16, 2002). In accordance with the
FileMaker Developer License Agreement, use of this software is governed by a License
Agreement. Please read it before you download the software.
2.
Unzip the archive in a new directory off your root directory
e.g., C:\SponsorBallotTool\
3.
Run the program file named, BallotTool.EXE. and
follow the instructions. This program will create a data file containing
your vote and comments.
4.
Vote and if required Comment on the Draft.
5.
Locate the data file containing your vote and comments. The
data file is named Sponsor_<ballot>.csv, and will be located in
the new directory you created for the program files.
6.
Submit the data file via the IEEE-SA File Upload
option for the IEEE Standards Ballot Comment web page.
