Hi,
I have
a question about bit order in the document P802.16/D3-2001 and would appreciate
it if some would be so kind to provide a clarification.
In
Figure 24 (p.64), bits are labeled 0 through 15, which can be interpreted
differently according to little endian or big endian
conventions.
1. Is
bit 0 the least significant bit within an octet?
2. Is
bit 0 the first bit to be transmitted?
3. Say
Type = 2. Should its bit pattern be 000010 or 010000?
