[STDS-802-16-MOBILE] question about PHY channel report header
PHY channel report header is added in 16e_d2. It's used by SS to report the
DL/UL physical channel condition to BS. However, how does BS triggers the SS
to send PHY channel report header? If SS decides when to send the PHY
channel report header, how does a SS decide? I couldn't find that in 16e,
can someone clarify for me?
Also, in PHY channel report header, SS sends Preferred_DIUC to BS. How does
SS decide what is the Preferred_DIUC? Should the critiria for deciding
Preferred_DIUC be sent to SS by BS?
