We have uploaded a contribution H80216e-04-01.pdf.

(Following numbering scheme Brian proposed, we put 'H' instead of 'C' to indicate that this contributions is submitted to Harmonization Ad-Hoc.)

Actually, the main purpose of this contribution is to be harmonized with the baseline contribution C80216e-04/201r1 in the last session.
