stds-802-16-tg2: P802.16.2a on RevCom Early Consideration agenda
As noted below, RevCom has accepted P802.16.2a/D5 for Early
Consideration. I have taken care of the minor requests in the note.
Given that the ballot results were clean, with 100% approval, I
expect approval in May.
