I haven't updated the indexes or added HTML versions yet, but I will.
 
Also, when I announced yesterday that PDF and HTML versions of the 
MAC agenda were available, I failed to note that the HTML version is 
only the bare-bones version; the PDF document includes an overview of 
the meeting and the process.
