Hello,

The edited version of "802.16.1 Functional Requirements" is now available at:

http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/16/sysreq/docs/80216s-99_00.pdf

The 802.16 working group accepted it as a binding document for development of
the 802.16.1 air interface standard.  This version updates "draft 6" that we
produced at the end of session #4.  It has no change bars and the "requirements
summary" appendix has been updated, among other miscellaneous editorial changes.
