stds-802-16: 802.16.1 (PAR renumbering) approved

On 29 January, the IEEE-SA Standards Board approved our "802.16.1" PAR:

This document was submitted as an update to PAR "802.16":

	http://ieee802.org/16/interop/par_orig.html

Virtually the only change was in the project number. The idea was to 
distinguish our standards projects (.1, .2, etc.) from the Working 
Group (802.16). Recall that we first decided to make this change back 
in July 1999, but we couldn't get it onto the 802 Executive Committee 
agenda until November.

This is a very small piece of news.
