stds-802-16: 802.16 web site shows continuing growth in interest

I just checked the August 802.16 web stats 
<http://ieee802.org/16/webstats.html>.

I counted 356,963 file downloads, up from the previous record of 
350,020 in July.

The most popular document was the 802.16.1 air interface that is 
under Final Task Group Review. This was downloaded 10,472 times (3522 
copies of the initial version and 6950 copies of the revised 
version). Fortunately for our editors, not all of those people 
submitted comments.

The next most popular document was "Functional Requirements for the 
802.16.3 Interoperability Standard" (802.16.3-00/02r3), downloaded 
1926 times.
