stds-802-16: Registration and Hotel Reservations for Session #12

Looking past (but not overlooking) Session #11, it's time to start 
planning your attendance at IEEE 802.16 Session #12 (12-15 March 2001 
in Hilton Head, South Carolina, USA).

I encourage you to make your hotel reservations soon. Although the 
hotel is changing its name and management on January 10, you should 
have no problem making reservations if you call the hotel directly. 
(The new name is the Marriott Hilton Head Golf Resort).

The hotel reservation deadline is 21 February 21 2001. The 
preregistration deadline, with a $50 discount, is 28 February 2001.
