stds-802-16: proposed new PAR: 802.16.2a
At Session #13, 802.16's Coexistence Study Group, chaired by Phil
Whitehead, discussed a future project to expand the 802.16.2
Recommended Practice on Coexistence by amending it. The group
prepared a PAR:
http://ieee802.org/16/tg2/docs/802162-01_06.pdf
and an associated "Five Criteria" statement:
http://ieee802.org/16/tg2/docs/802162-01_07.pdf
They also provided a Study Group report (including a proposed
development timeline):
http://ieee802.org/16/tg2/docs/802162-01_05.pdf
and a set of meeting minutes:

At the Closing Plenary, the Working Group passed a motion to submit
the PAR to the IEEE 802 Executive Committee (Y:20, N:0. A:1).
The deadline for this submission is this Friday (June 8).
In preparation for the submission, I have created new versions of the
PAR and Five Criteria:

http://ieee802.org/16/tg2/docs/802162-01_07r1.pdf
I have made minor editorial revisions, including moving the PAR from
HTML format into Word format.
I plan to submit these last two documents to the Executive Committee
on Friday. Please let me know beforehand if you have any objection to
the revisions. Note that these submissions will be drafts that may be
revised at the July meeting. Even if there are no changes, we are
required to pass, at our Closing Plenary of July 13, a new motion to
submit the PAR; otherwise, it won't be considered by the ExCom later
that day.
