stds-802-16: better hotel-to-hotel shuttle service in Portland

802 Executive Secretary Buzz Rigsbee has worked out a better 
arrangement for hotel-to-hotel shuttle service than previously 
announced:

The Portland Marriott City Center has agreed to provide a shuttle 
NINE times per day. The initial plan is to schedule these shuttles 
for 7, 8, and 9 am; 12 noon; and 1, 4, 5, 6, and 9 pm. This schedule 
may be adjusted later.
