stds-802-16: Letter Ballot #4 Results and Comment Resolution Report
At the Session #17 Closing Plenary, the following was approved unanimously:
Motion: To issue IEEE 802.16a/D2 based on the comment resolutions in IEEE 802.16-02/01r5, and to carry out a subsequent recirculation of Working Group Letter Ballot #4 in accordance with the P802.16a Development Schedule (IEEE 802.16a-02/01).

The recirculation is based on the fact that Letter Ballot #4 met the 75% approval requirement. For the voting report, see:

The negative voters were not specifically asked to reconsider their votes based on the comment resolutions; they will be asked to do so during the recirculation. However, one voter did voluntarily switch from Disapprove to Approve.
