stds-802-16: Published: IEEE 802.16 Recirc Ballot #4a Reply Comments
The Letter Ballot #4 Reply Comment period closed yesterday. Sorry I
couldn't get the report out until tonight. Here is the current
database:

This file unZIPs to the current comment database (80216-02_01r8.USR)
plus the current reply database (ReplyData.USR). Launch the former
and both will open in Commentary.
This database contain all of data received since we started Letter
Ballot #4, with one exception: I wiped out the "Proposed Resolution"
section. This data was considered and acted upon at Session #18, so I
thought we could live without it. Anyway, we needed a blank slate
here so that the commenters could use the field to add proposed
resolutions (see instructions to follow).
I left the old LB#4 reply comments, since we have room in the
database to keep them. I prefaced them with the tag "LB#4"; I also
prefaced the new replies with "RB4a:". There are 501 new reply
comments.
