stds-802-16: revised the 802.16 Document Submission Templates

Dear 802.16 Participants:

I have created and posted revised the 802.16 Document Submission Templates (Rev. 8.3).

The new versions include a small change to the cover page to reflect the revised IEEE 802.16 Patent Policy and Procedures statement <http://ieee802.org/16/ipr/patents/policy.html>. They also update the submission instructions, which were out of date (they preceded the introduction of the 802.16 upload server).

There are three formats:

FrameMaker  http://ieee802.org/16/docs/802_16_template.fm
PowerPoint  http://ieee802.org/16/docs/802_16_present.ppt

Please make sure that you begin using the new (Rev. 8.3) versions immediately.
