stds-802-16: revised: Results of WG Letter Ballot #8

I have revised the database, adding some comments that were reported as submitted on time:
	http://ieee802.org/16/docs/02/80216-02_44r1.zip

I have also updated the vote count.

Roger

>(1) I have added a vote that I earlier overlooked. Vote tallying is a manual process that can go wrong. Please check the report and confirm that your vote is recorded:

>
>(2) The initial comment report lacked comment numbers. Once notified (thanks, Nico!) I quickly replaced it with a new version. If you plan to submit replies, you must use the version with comment numbers.

>>

>>Appendix: Using "Replace" in Commentary
>>
>>You can replace everything in a particular field over a batch of records. For example, clause editors might not want to type their name in the the "Recommendation by" field each time. Here is a solution to the problem illustrating the use of "Replace":
>>
>>*Finish entering your data.
>>*Find the batch of records in which you want to replace a field.
>>*In browse mode, and put the cursor in the "Recommendation by" field.
>>*Under "Records", choose "Replace".
>>*Choose "Replace with calculated result".
>>*In the box, write, in quotation marks, your name. Click "OK".
>>*Click "Replace".
