stds-802-16: Session #23 update
Here is an update on Session #23 <http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg23>:
The Session's Member Host, Dean Chang, has been working hard to
coordinate the logistics with the Fairmont and the WCA.
The preregistration list is final:

57 people are preregistered, up from 46 in Korea. The bottom of the
page shows the totals by Task Group. Any additional registrations
will be on-site at the WCA registration area. You may still be able
to find a room at the Fairmont.
The session agenda:

shows the overall picture for the week. Note that 802.16 registrants
are invited to three main social events:
* WCA/802.16 Luncheon, Monday 12:30-1:45 pm (I'll be giving a talk.)
* WCA Exhibition/Welcome Reception, Monday 5:30-7:30 pm
* WCA Wemmies Award / 802.16 Dinner, Tuesday 8:00-9:30 pm
The Opening Plenary is at 2 pm in the Club Regent on the ground
floor. Our other meeting rooms are up a floor at the ballroom level,
where almost all of the WCA activities take place. The hotel link at
the top of the Session #23 web page takes you to the floor plan.
