stds-802-16: P1802.16.1/D3 Sponsor Ballot recirculation
Today, I have posted Draft 3 of the 10-66 GHz PICS work (P1802.16.1/D3):
<http://ieee802.org/16/private/drafts/tgc/P1802161_D3.zip>
as edited by Carl Eklund.
Also, I have asked the IEEE-SA Balloting Center to initiate a
recirculation of the draft, along with the comment resolutions:
<http://ieee802.org/16/docs/03/80216-03_08r2.pdf>
and a cover letter:
<http://ieee802.org/16/docs/03/80216-03_14.pdf>
Since the initial ballot passed unanimously, and since IEEE 802
granted conditional approval to forward the draft to RevCom, I think
we have a good chance of making the next RevCom submission deadline
(May 2) for possible approval as an IEEE Standard on June 12.

>Appendix: Using "Replace" in Commentary
>
>You can replace everything in a particular field over a batch of
>records. For example, clause editors might not want to type their
>name in the the "Recommendation by" field each time. Here is a
>solution to the problem illustrating the use of "Replace":
>
>*Finish entering your data.
>*Find the batch of records in which you want to replace a field.
>*In browse mode, and put the cursor in the "Recommendation by" field.
>*Under "Records", choose "Replace".
>*Choose "Replace with calculated result".
>*In the box, write, in quotation marks, your name. Click "OK".
>*Click "Replace".
