stds-802-16: EC action on proposed rules changes
The 802 Executive Committee dealt with four proposed rules changes at
today's meeting. Three of these:
Unpaid Attendees

EC Name Change

were approved. These rules changes are now in effect. Note that the
last one changes the name of the Sponsor Executive Committee (SEC) to
the Executive Committee (EC).
The fourth proposed change:
WG Membership

was defeated. Because the approval ratio on this one was less than
1/3 [it was 3 Approve, 9 Disapprove], it was not "assigned for
further study" but simply terminated. Per the vote of the 802.16 WG
to direct me to vote against this change, I did so.
