stds-802-16: Session #27 registration fee forms, etc.



(1) If you intend to attend 802.16 Session #27, then please:

*Download the registration fee form:
	http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg27/feeform.pdf
*Complete the form in Acrobat.
*Print a copy and bring it to Denver.
*Hand it to me, preferably during or before the Opening Plenary. The forms will be processed by the hotel, which will return a receipt.

(2) Also, if you intend to attend 802.16 Session #27, then please:

*Make sure you are preregistered
 	http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg27/prereglist.html
*Preregister if you aren't:
	http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg27/preregform.html
*See if hotel rooms are still available (I arranged an extension):
	http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg27

(3) If you preregistered but changed your mind, please cancel ASAP:
	http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg27/preregform.html
