has been posted to the 802.18 document area on the 802wirelessworld
server.
The Chair of 802.20 has indicated a WG approval motion in .20 is
not necessary as the subject matter is not particularly relevant to
that group.
I intend to bring WG approval motions to the closing plenaries of
.11, .15, and .16, and then seek EC approval as an 802 filing with
the FCC.
