RE: stds-802-16: release of P802.16-REVd/D2



Jon,

We don't normally circulate marked-up drafts. We did so with P802.16-REVd/D1 as a special case. However, it's a lot of work to maintain and can delay the release of the draft. Also, it's not clear what changes we would want to show. In the case of a revision, the draft that goes to Sponsor Ballot needs to be free of markups (not, for instance, showing the changes from the pre-existing standard).
