stds-802-16: publication of IEEE Std 802.16/Conformance02, and publicationupdate

I have two notes about the publication of our Conformance series:

(1) IEEE Std 802.16/Conformance02-2003 (the 10-66 GHz TSS&TP) was 
published by IEEE on Feb 25. This is the WG's sixth published 
standard.

(2) IEEE Std 802.16/Conformance01-2003 (the 10-66 GHz PICS) has 
entered the "Get IEEE 802" program, where it is now available for 
free download:

I've updated the "IEEE 802.16's Published Standards and Drafts" page 
accordingly <http://ieee802.org/16/published.html>.

The WG's seventh published standard will be the revised Recommended 
Practice on coexistence (IEEE 802.16.2-2004), which has been approved 
and is being ready for publication in about a week. The eighth one 
will, I expect, be Conformance03, which has completed Sponsor Ballot.
