[STDS-802-16] updated membership list

The participation level at Session #30 was huge: 218 people, 175 of
whom were granted participation credit (according to the current
draft).

Here is a brief table of recent session attendance:

Based on the attendance data, I have updated the membership list to
show 89 members:

Thirty of the members, as marked, are new.
