[STDS-802-16] uploaded TGd contributions
I have uploaded an additional batch of documents from the TGd upload
directory to the TGd web site:
http://ieee802.org/16/tgd/index.html#Contributions
Some of these are referenced in the recirculation comment database.
Others seem to not be referenced and hence have no particular
relationship to our current work.
One file on the upload server attempted to use the contribution
number C802.16d-04/79. However, that number had already been claimed
over a day earlier. I've renumbered the later contribution as
C802.16d-04/83.
