I've uploaded two
documents 802.16mgt-04/00 and 802.16mgt-04/01 to the Netman document
area.
They are intended to
form a focus for discussion. Feel free to read them and comment, in your copius
spare time between writing comments, revising comments,
voting and recirculating 16e and 16d.
Doc 00 is an attempt
to summarize and categorize inputs to Netman.
Doc 01 contains
