[STDS-802-16] reply comments received in WG Recirc Ballot #14b
The new version of the database:

includes 716 reply comments.

"A SINGLE updated version of a contribution, taking reply comments
into account, is to be submitted by July 7th. Multiple interim
versions of a contribution submitted between July 2nd and July 7th
will NOT be accepted."
