In spite of a clearly defined policy on contributions, we already
have four uploaded documents that are in violation:


TGe     C80216e-04_232.doc
        C802.16e-04_233.doc

maint   C802.16d-04_92.doc
        C802.16d-04_93.doc

These contributions are rejected. I am leaving them on the server for
the moment, as a means of reserving the serial numbers. However,
please do not follow the example they set. Also, I don't advise you
to spend much time reading them because, unless they are corrected,
they will not be eligible for consideration.
